Havas continues to invest in transforming Prose on Pixels from stand-alone studios to an AI-powered global production business, enhancing its global operations team to align with the new production at scale reality for Havas and the industry.
The new hires bring diverse capabilities in technology, operations, innovation, and creative, reflecting Prose on Pixels’ evolution towards becoming a borderless and integrated global production agency.
Prose on Pixels relaunched in June 2023, consolidating production capabilities across Havas’ global networks. Led by Steve Netzley and Paul Ward, Prose on Pixels Global clients include TikTok, Sanofi, amongst others.
The new hires are:
Francesca Gaudinez, global vice-president operations
Francesca will oversee all operational and change management workstreams for the global rollout of the AI-powered Adobe content suite across the company, collaborating closely with the tech team to ensure successful implementation. At Publicis Groupe, she led a global team to implement the production model, roll out the tech stack, and manage client change, while also supporting business development. Prior to that, Francesca managed global and regional operations and production workstreams at Nestle.
Birga Bardenhorst, global vice-president finance operations
Birga will ensure Prose on Pixels financial systems, processes, and policies are standardised and accelerated to the next level. She will also play a key role in designing new commercial models for new technologies. Previously, Birga was the COO of Interone, a BBDO Digital agency, and held Operations leadership positions at Havas Germany and Havas Australia.
“They are the perfect team to accelerate us to the next level,” said Camila Nakagawa, global executive vice-president of operations. “We are not looking to be the biggest; we want to be the smartest and more sustainable content-at-scale option,” Camila continued.
Birga and Francesca will report to Camila Nakagawa, who was hired earlier this year as global executive vice-president of transformation and operations. Camila was brought on board to lead the transformation of Prose on Pixels as a global production player.
Before joining Havas, Camila was the global chief product officer at Publicis Groupe and held previous global leadership roles at TBWA and WPP in growth, operations, and account management
